TIKTOK *CLAIM ON LIVE* CHECKOUT

Hi Ladies,

We’ve recently changed the way we take your payments on TikTok. Here are the new steps you’ll need to follow in order to receive your claimed item.

Step 1.

Add the 1p option to your basket, In your basket, Using 'Order Special Instructions'  please inform us of the item (s), Size  and Colour (s) of the item(s) you’ve claimed on the live.

Step 2.

Once your order notes are complete, continue to checkout, paying £5.50 for Next Day Delivery via APC.

Please note all orders received after 12pm will go the next working day. Full Tracking details will be available and updated once your shipping has been set up.

Step 3.

Once you’ve purchased your shipping, we'll then be able to send you an invoice in which we’ll require for you to pay no later than 11am the next following day.
